In addition to raising premium quality beef, we also have a few projects on the farming side.  These include, but are not limited to, growing mushrooms, starting a vineyard, and hatching chicks.  It's lots of fun!

Shiitake and other Specialty Mushroom Logs
In the summer of 2014, we cut down several smaller oak trees and painstakingly drilled holes in them to insert spore plugs.  We finally have the start of mushroom colonization.  The 7 mushroom types we have growing are Shiitake, Fir Oyster, Reishi, Blue Oyster, Pearl Oyster, Lion's Mane, Maitake.  Please inquire as to prices and availability.

​Berries and Fruit
Throughout the spring and summer, we have wild apples, peaches, plums, and blackberries that grow!  These are available for harvest, but please contact us for pricing and availability.

​Apple Cider Moonshine
While this isn't a true, distilled at the ranch moonshine with the impurities, it is a liquor we mix here.  Legal department will not let me sell it until we get a liquor licence.

​Eggs and Birds
On occasion we accept outside eggs to incubate or have chicken eggs for sale.  Please inquire for pricing and availability.  

​72nd Avenue Honey
There are 2 hives that on rare occasions produce honey. They are owned and managed our neighbors. Please inquire as to availability.
